Vintage Victorian Style 9ct Gold, Sapphire and Opal Ring
This colourful vintage ring is made of hallmarked 9ct yellow gold in the Victorian style. The ring front is set with three vibrant blue sapphires and two cabochon cut opals. The ring has attractive carved scrolling detail.
The ring is a UK size L / US size 5.5
The ring has a maximum height (in the centre) of 4mm and it weighs 1.7g
The ring shank is stamped ‘375’ for 9ct gold, along with a Birmingham stamp and a maker’s mark of ‘BMJ’. There are also some other small hallmarks that I can’t quite make out.
This vintage ring is in very good condition, with no damage and showing just very light signs of age / general wear. The sapphires and opals are all in very good condition with no chips, scratches or wear.
