Terms & Conditions

Please remember that all of my items are at least second hand and some will be around 200 years old; a degree of age and wear is to be expected.  Notable faults and damage will be mentioned in an item’s description; it is important to satisfy yourself of the condition of an item by reading the description in full and studying all photos.

Payment Methods

Payment can be made via the website by debit card, credit card or Paypal.  If you wish to pay by bank transfer or cheque please get in touch and I will be happy to give you the necessary payment details.

Returns & Refunds

If you are not happy with an item for any reason you can return it for a ‘no quibble’ full refund if you notify me within seven days of receipt and return it within fourteen days of receipt. The item should be returned in original condition. Unless the item is defective or has been misdescribed, the buyer is responsible for the return postage costs.  Refunds can only be made on receipt of the returned item and it’s therefore recommended that items are returned by a trackable and insured postal service.

Shipping

Items are generally shipped within three working days of receiving payment. All non-UK buyers will be given a tracking reference once an item has shipped. 

Non UK buyers are responsible for any import tax or customs duties payable on receipt of the package. 

FAQs

Do you offer layaway?

I am able to offer layaway on items with a price of £150.00 or over.  Payments are to be made in equal instalments over a maximum four month period.  Items purchased in this way remain the property of Highly Soughtafter until paid for in full.  Please contact me prior to purchase if you wish to take advantage of the layaway purchase option.

Do you offer a ring re-sizing service?

Unfortunately I’m unable to offer a ring re-sizing service.  Most rings can be re-sized by a high street jeweller; the cost can vary depending on the work involved.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, items with a value of £250.00 or less can be shipped with full insurance worldwide (with the exception of a few destinations).  Non UK buyers are responsible for any import tax or customs duties payable in the destination country.
