Vintage 9ct Gold and Natural Amethyst Solitaire Ring
This pretty and timeless vintage ring is made of 9ct yellow gold and is set with a natural amethyst in a pretty lilac shade.
The ring is a UK size Q and a half / between a US size 8 - 8.5 and it weighs 1.6g
The inside of the ring shank is stamped ‘9CT’ for 9ct gold.
The amethyst itself measures 1cm x 8mm
This vintage ring shows some signs of age and general wear to the gold; the band is not thick. The amethyst is in good condition showing light signs of age / wear. Under magnification it can be seen that there are a couple of tiny fleabite sized nicks to the amethyst, but these are not visible to the naked eye. There is a tiny historic repair to the underside of the ring. This ring is priced to reflect condition.
