Vintage (1985) 9ct Gold, Sapphire and Diamond Cluster Ring
This vintage cluster ring is made of fully hallmarked 9ct gold and dates from 1985. The ring is set with a central oval sapphire, surrounded by ten genuine diamonds. The diamond and sapphire setting is made of 9ct white gold and the ring shank is 9ct yellow gold.
The ring is a UK size F and a half / a US size 3 (this is a small size ring)
The ring measures approximately 8mm height and weighs approximately 1.5g
This vintage ring is 37 years old. The sapphires and diamonds are in very good conditon. The gold is in good condition showing light wear to the back of the ring shank. The sapphire is secure in its setting, but on close inspection it can be seen that the claws are not completely evenly spaced and one of the claws does not cover the top surface of the stone.
