Rare Vintage (1958) 9ct Gold Milkmaid Charm
This very unusual vintage charm is made of fully hallmarked 9ct yellow gold and dates from 1958. The charm is in the 3D form of a milkmaid and is a lovely rich shade of gold, somewhere between rose gold and yellow gold.
The charm measures 2.3cms height (including the bale but excluding the top suspension ring)
The charm weighs 0.6g (it’s hollow)
One side of the charm is stamped ‘9’ and ‘375’ for 9ct gold, along with hallmarks showing that it was made in Birmingham in 1958.
This vintage charm is 65 years old and is in very good condition for its age, with no dents or damage and showing just the lightest signs of age / general wear. The suspension ring has not been soldered closed.
