Exquisite Antique Edwardian 9ct Gold, Turquoise & Pearl Anchor Brooch
This lovely and unusual antique brooch dates from around 1900 - 1920 and is made of hallmarked 9ct gold. The safety pin style brooch features a central 9ct gold anchor which is set with a total of nine seed pearls and three natural turquoise.
The brooch bar measures 3cms across and the anchor itself has a height of 1.5cms.
The brooch pin is stamped ‘9CT’ and the anchor also bears a partial 9ct hallmark (it also tests as 9ct gold).
This antique brooch is over 100 years old and is in very good condition for its age, with no damage and showing just light signs of age / general wear.
