Edwardian Silver and Malachite Stickpin
Attractive and unusual antique stickpin made of silver (tested) and set with a cabochon malachite terminal.
The stickpin measures approximately 6.5cms length and the terminal (i.e. the malachite including the silver mount) measures 1.4ms height.
The stickpin weighs 2.2g
As is often the case with jewellery of this age and type there are no hallmarks, but the stickpin has been professionally tested and has been found to be composed of silver.
This stickpin is at least 100 years old and is in good condition for its age, with no damage and showing just light signs of age / general wear. There is a slightly irregular area on the reverse of the terminal where the pin was joined to the mount but this is orignal.
