Antique Edwardian 9ct Gold and Diamond Dress Studs in Original Fitted Case. These three identical studs are made of 9ct yellow gold and are each set with a sparkly ‘rose cut’ diamond. The dress studs come in their original fitted case which has a dark browny red exterior and pale green velvet interior. The jeweller’s gold lettering also has details of a royal warrant to The Prince of Wales.

The dress studs have a combined weight of 2.9g (excluding the case). The front of each stud measures 9mm diameter.

As is sometimes the case with jewellery of this age and type there are no hallmarks, but the dress studs have been professionally tested and assessed as solid 9ct yellow gold.

The front of the studs and the diamonds are in very good condition showing just light signs of age / general wear and a couple of light scratches to one stud. The backs of the studs show a little general wear and are mis-shapen (one more than the others). The case is in good condition showing light general wear, mainly to the velvet and the base of the exterior of the case. Please see all photos.
