Antique Victorian / Edwardian 9ct Gold Bean Charm

£93.00
sold out

This sought after antique lucky bean charm dates from the Victorian or Edwardian era and is made of 9ct yellow gold. The gold has a rich, mellow tone and the side of the bean has a ‘9CT’ tag.

The charm measures 1.6cms height (including the integral bale but excluding the top suspension ring) and it weighs 0.3g (it’s hollow).

One side of the charm bears a ‘9CT’ tag; the ‘9CT’ isn’t 100% clear but the charm has also been tested and is made of 9ct yellow gold.

This charm is over 100 years old and is in good condition for its age showing light signs of age / general wear. On the reverse there is a small, very shallow, superficial, lightly dented area. The slight variation in colour / finish that can be seen in the photos is not evident ‘in the flesh’; it’s just something the camera picked up on. The suspension ring is not soldered closed.
