Antique Edwardian 9ct Rose Gold (Manx!) Cat Charm
This antique charm dates from around 1910 - 1920 and is made of 9ct rose gold. The charm is in the 3d form of a scared cat and has lovely styling detail. Sadly, the cat has lost the end part of its tail, hence I’m calling it a Manx cat charm. This is reflected in the price.
The charm weighs approximately 0.6g (it’s hollow) and has a maximum height of approximately 1.3cms.
As is sometimes the case with jewellery of this age and type there are no hallmarks, but the charm has been professionally tested and has been found to be composed of 9ct rose gold.
This adorable charm is around 100 years old. It has lost the end of its tail, but apart from that is in very good original condition with no dents. The suspension ring has a spot solder sign and has not been soldered closed.
