£115.00
sold out

This exquisite and unusual hand made antique brooch dates from around 1900 - 1910 and is made of 15ct yellow gold with a lightly textured finish. The brooch is in the 3d form of a ‘Lily of the Valley’ and is set with seven lustrous seed pearls.

The brooch weighs approximately 2.0g and has a length of 3cms (tip to tip).

As is sometimes the case with jewellery of this age and type there are no hallmarks, but the brooch has been professionally tested and has been found to be composed of 15ct yellow gold.

This brooch is over 100 years old and is in very good condition for its age, with no dents and showing just light signs of age and general wear. On one side of the brooch there is a small area where the gold is not the same texture as the rest; in the photo this has picked up camera reflection making it look darker and more prominent than it is. The brooch retains its original ‘C’ clasp which is in secure working order.
