This lovely little antique charm dates from around 1920 and is made of hallmarked 9ct gold. The gold is a rich yellow gold shade on the front and rose gold on the reverse. The charm is in the form of a crown with dark red enamelling; the enamelling has a glossy finish.
The charm measures 1.3cms height (including the integral bale but excluding the top suspension ring) and it weighs 1.0g
The reverse of the charm is stamped ‘9CT’ for 9ct gold.
This antique charm is around 100 years old and is in very good condition for its age, showing just light signs of age / general wear. There is one tiny, barely noticeable, area of enamel loss on one of the high relief areas of the crown, but apart from this the enamelling is in very good condition. The top 9ct gold suspension ring has not been soldered closed.
