Vintage 9ct Gold and Ruby Heart Pendant / Charm
This pretty vintage heart pendant / charm is made of 9ct yellow gold. The heart is the same design on both sides; each side is set with fifteen rubies in an openwork design.
The heart measures 1.3cms height (including the bale but excluding the top suspension ring) and the pendant / charm weighs 0.9g
